My eXperience with eXp Revenue Share
When I first joined the brokerage in 2013, I brought my team of 11 agents with me. Because of this, I was able to immediately participate in the revenue share program. I earned enough that I was able to reinvest in my business and generate more leads for my team. Over the next year, I introduced a few more agents to the company and so did the agents on my team, so by the end of my first year, my rev share group was at about 30 people.
In my 2nd year, I reached out to a good friend of mine who was also a top-producing agent in the Austin area. For years we’d talked about creating an expansion team in her market and I thought it might be the perfect time. Long story short, she decided to join eXp Realty, along with about 15+ other agents in her brokerage – including the team leader! They grew very quickly and by the end of my 2nd year at eXp,
Fast forward to 2018… I’ve been with the company for about 5 years and have personally introduced about 29 agents to the company (including my team of 11 agents that joined eXp with me).
